customers. While no hosting service is capable of 100% uptime every month (Though some may claim 100% uptime, servers eventually need to be rebooted!), we offer a reasonable and obtainable uptime that meets or exceeds the industry standard.
How do we determine our uptime? We have hired a third party monitoring service to ping each of our servers several times each hour. If a server does not respond, then the third party service keeps track of it until it begins responding again. The amount of time that the server is offline is then added to the total for the month. At the end of the month, the uptime/downtime percentage is then determined. We gladly display these independent results to our customers.
Our uptime record speaks for itself. We have achieved our goal of 99% uptime on all servers for 14 straight months. Now that is stability! |
